The GDPR series seeks to explore how street photography relates to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which outlines the privacy legislation. Is it still permissible to photograph people in public without their consent, and what constitutes a violation of privacy?

The GDPR series won the bronze medal in the “Street Night Shot” category at the Paris International Street Photo Awards, 2023.
