At Kunstwerkt, we share many open calls from different organizations. Do you have a call you want to launch? We are happy to take a look at your rules and regulations and help you figure out how to best launch your opportunity on Kunstwerkt.
 

A personalized form

At Kunstwerkt, we do more than just share your open call. You can also submit works and make selections via our platform - for free! Enter your opportunity in our tool, then get started and put together a personalized form. Do you want artists to convince you with their portfolio, or with one or more works? Or will the answers to a few specific questions be the deciding factor? At Kunstwerkt, you decide exactly what participants submit. 
 

In the spotlight

Are you launching your opportunity via our system? Then we are happy to help actively promote your open call. We will include your opportunity in our monthly newsletter and highlight it on our Instagram account. This will help you reach a new or wider target audience.
 

Follow up on submissions

As soon as your opportunity is launched, you, as the organiser, can follow up on the submissions via the platform. Each participant receives an automatic confirmation email. This means you don't have to follow up on every submission from your personal mailbox. Furthermore, colleagues, jury members or curators can easily keep track of the registrations via the system. Are there any uncertainties about some of the submissions? Or does a submission not meet your requirements? You can easily resolve this via our tool by contacting them directly.
 

Select your winner(s) 

Has the deadline expired? Then you can start selecting your artists. How you do this is up to you. Through Kunstwerkt, we offer the option to assign scores (from 1 to 3) to the submissions. This is done anonymously for the artists and the other jury members. As the organizer, we allow you to browse the scores of the jury members so that you can keep track of the most popular works.
We also give you the option to download the submissions as a PDF or Excel file, so you can work in the way that suits you best.
 

First, inform your participants…

If, after much deliberation, you have made a selection of your favorite artists, it is time to inform all participants, both with good news and less favorable news. The system allows you to easily download a contact list so that you can inform them personally by email.
 

Then, inform the outside world.
