Kunstwerkt is looking for new board members
What does the board do?
As a board member, you advise the day-to-day operations and help shape the future of Kunstwerkt. Together, we discuss annual plans, finances, and key strategic decisions. We safeguard Kunstwerkt’s mission and monitor how we realize it in practice. In addition, we work together to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
Occasionally, the team may also draw on your specific expertise. Depending on your experience, availability, and interests, you may advise on particular themes, brainstorm new projects, connect us with your network, or support organizational processes.
The board meets at least six times a year at the Kunstwerkt office at Nederpolder 2, Ghent. The office is easily accessible by public transport.
We believe it is important for our board to be balanced and diverse so that it reflects Kunstwerkt’s target audience. We compose the board based on competencies and talents, regardless of age, gender, background, or disability. Different perspectives, experiences, ages, and viewpoints are warmly welcome.
