1. Payment

How can I pay?

You register for an activity via a registration link in the call. You pay the registration fee online at the time of registration.

What if an activity is sold out?

Then you can register on a waiting list via the same registration link. You will be notified when a slot becomes available. We will mention it on the website if an activity is fully booked.

Can I register last minute?

There is often a closing date for registrations. On average, this is one week before the activity takes place. You will receive an automatic e-mail with confirmation of participation after registration (for free activities) or after payment (for paying activities). Make sure you have received this message before coming to the activity.

You are not registered if you don't receive a confirmation e-mail. If you experience technical errors while subscribing, you can notify us through info@kunstwerkt.be.

2. Cancellation

Kunstwerkt cancels the activity

Kunstwerkt reserves the right to cancel an activity in the following situations:

  • there are not enough registrations
  • the teacher or speaker cannot attend due to illness or force majeure
  • the activity cannot take place due to force majeure or government guidelines.

In these situations, the registration fee is fully refunded.

You cancel yourself. Is a (partial) refund possible?

As a rule, refunds are an exception. After all, this is difficult from an organisational point of view: we engage teachers, book a location and then count on your attendance at registration. However, upon request, in case of cancellation by the participant, we can consider what is possible under the conditions and exceptions below.

The following applies to both one-day and multi-day activities:

  • If you cancel up to one week before the start date, you can receive a partial refund of the registration fee. In this case, we charge an administration fee of 15% of the participation fee. Activities costing less than 15 euros are not refundable.
  • If you cancel within 1 week before the activity or series of activities, you will not receive a refund.

Exception: if you are unable to participate because you are ill and can provide a doctor's note, the registration fee will be refunded in full. The registration fee will also be refunded in full in the event of the death of a close family member, upon presentation of proof of death.

Free events

If you are registered for a free event but decide not to participate, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event. We can then pass your place on to someone else on the waiting list. Thanks in advance!
