With the drawing challenge A paper / a day, we encourage you once a year to draw as much as possible for 31 days. From 1 October 2024 we brought together drawing assignments, interviews, and gathered you live.
In need of some inspiration?
For this edition of A paper / a day, we asked eight international drawing collectives about their favorite drawing assignment. From drawing what's in your fridge to drawing with dots: with their ten assignments, you'll get through the more difficult days during the 31 days of drawing.
Double the fun: two times A paper / a day live!
To extend the A paper / a day vibe further than Instagram, we are organized two editions of A paper / a day live. One in Brussels, one in Antwerp. One for the kick-off, one for a final push for the last days of the online challenge. And each time with a good portion of inspiration through drawing sessions and workshops.
On Sunday 6th of October Collectif Fragile brought artists together at Globe Aroma (Brussels) to work on stories. They created the basic ingredients of a story, and it was up to the participants to develop the plot further.
For the second edition, we went to Het Steen (Antwerp) on 27th of October where Zine Salon tried to move away from perfection.
