My atelier will be up for sublet from 1st Sept (flexible, can be a bit earlier too if needed), for a period of 2 months -- or for longterm contract takeover if you wish.
It's a private space with plenty natural daylight and electric overhead light for working after dark -- around 18m2 with a sink. It has two windows with a nice view on a square and a tree.

The atelier is a closed space with a door, located in a building with 4 other artists, and a small exhibition space. You can take part in exhibitions there, or organize your own show. There is also a flowery garden and a sunny roof where you can enjoy the sun. It's located in the Seefhoek area, a few minutes walk from Park Spoor Noord.

The price is 256 per month, all included.
