2024, ‘Take Your One or Five’ Installation and live performance

Take Your One or Five is a sound installation and performance created and performed by Dille Ach at RUFA Space, Rome. The work consists of five handmade speakers that engage in dialogue with one another, with all sounds created and influenced by Ach’s daily life in Rome.

During the performance, Ach played live using a system that allowed him to loop sounds and route them between speakers. Visitors could move freely through the exhibition space, experiencing a constantly shifting soundscape in which each position offered a unique auditory perspective, creating an immersive interplay between sound, space and personal memory.
