SANTA MARÍA

The artwork is composed of three different video-frames merged into one, each of which is one long take. The repetition of the three loops of different lengths potentially generates an artwork of infinite duration. The three characters of SANTA MARÍA, like a sort of Sisyphus, are forced into an infinite pattern of death-resurrection-violence-death. Their actions overlap one another, thus merging past, present and future.
