Fashion is death

My intention was to create a sustainable fashion item. I did this by means of dried grapefruits but as soon as possible several questions came to my mind. What is fashion anyway? And isn't it much more interesting to highlight the "temporary" nature of fashion? 
I then decided to take away the function of the bag and present it as a sculpture.
