New dawn fades–Exposure edition

In New dawn fades–Exposure edition the same negative is developed onto 30 handcast concrete tiles using analogue silver gelatin-based photographic processes and with gradually increasing exposure times. As a result, a single image shifts step by step from barely visible to increasingly dark and dense. The series makes time itself a visible element of the work: not only the depicted subject, but also the photographic process determines what ultimately appears.
